The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering was established in the year 2002 alongwith the institute and offers 4 year B.Tech degree in ECE branch. The department has well-equipped laboratories and highly talented and experienced faculty members. 

Ever since its inception, the department has been imparting theoretical and practical oriented coaching including the emerging trends and developments in Technology, to the students so that they are well equipped with the required knowledge inline with the expectations of the industry. As the institute is backed by MIC Electronics Ltd who are the manufacturers of various electronic and telecom equipment, the department has the added advantage of industry orientation.

The fact that about 20 students of the very first batch of the department have been placed in various industries including MNCs speaks about its capability and quality education that is being imparted.

Objective :

The objective of the department is to impart quality education with practical approach and to develop research, innovative skills and confidence levels and make them prepared to face challenges of the industry.
